Non-Exclusive Distribution Agreement

As stated in the title, this is an Non-Exclusive agreement ... which means that you are free to distribute your material to and through other resources (i.e.. music stores, concert sales, other internet stores). Klarity will receive 3 copies of each item for sale. Klarity will create a page in the Online Store for each title available, including cover scan, 2 paragraphs of descriptive text, an optional second photo, and one sound byte selected for each album/title (approx 1 minute of audio). [Note: If a track is not specified, Klarity will select the sound byte. You can specify a track for each title in the Notes field.]

Klarity will receive orders through the Online Store, and process those orders. Klarity will ship your albums to each buyer, and keep records of those buyers. In a monthly statement, you will receive payment for any albums which have sold along with copies of buyer information.

For Artists who duplicate with Klarity:
Klarity will keep 30% from the sale of each item in the store. There is NO set-up fee . You need to send us 3 copies of each title. If you don't have it on file, the address will be given to you on the next screen. Klarity reserves the right to refuse to place material in the store at its sole discretion.

For Artists who do not duplicate with Klarity:
Klarity will keep 40% from the sale of each item in the store. There is a $40.00 dollar set-up charge to build the Online Store Page. You need to send a $40.00 check with your inventory. The address will be given to you on the next screen. Klarity reserves the right to refuse to place material in the store at its sole discretion.

Note: NO items will be placed up for sale in the Klarity Online Store until we have received the inventory, and any payment that is necessary.

If you have a written review of your material, please include it when you ship your inventory, and Klarity will place the review into your sales page. This is subject to in-house editing for content and space.
