How do I place an order in the store?

To order Tapes or CD's, you need to go to the page of the album you wish to purchase and click the button that says "Buy Now!" That will take you to a new page with an order form partially filled in for you with the correct product. You may need to select an option of Cassette or CD, and you may need to change the quantity (if you want more than one). If you have to make any changes, you can click on the "Recalculate" button at the bottom of the screen to see your updated totals. If you wish to continue shopping at this time, you can click the "continue shopping" button which will take you back to the store, and will also store your selections for a later time. If you are done shopping, click "Check Out". This will take you to a new screen where you can again check the order, and make changes. You can even add line items if you want. If you make any changes, you should click "Recalculate" to verify the total. Also, if you are a Maine resident, make sure that you add "5" into the sales tax block since all shipments to Maine require 5% sales tax.

Then Click "order using credit card" at the bottom of the page. This will take you to a page where you can fill in your credit card information. Make sure you fill in all the required fields (marked with a red asterisk) and fill in any special instructions in the "Comments/Questions/Special Delivery Information". These might include a shipping address different then your billing address, or multiple addresses for different products (be sure to specify what goes where). Also, if you ordered a Peter Noone album, be sure to specify how you would like him to sign the album for you.

Then click the big black oval shaped button that says "Order Now". Your order is now complete. You will see a thank you screen and you can click on the link to get back to the store.

I changed my mind after I clicked on "Buy Now!" How do I remove the item from my shopping cart?

While you are in the order form, if you decide that you do not want an album, you can click "Remove this item". Click "Recalculate" and go over the order thoroughly to make sure that everything you want is listed in the proper quantities, and that you don't have anything listed that you do not want. You can click remove next to any line items you don't want, and then click "recalculate" again, as many times as necessary, (or you can click "Clear Shopping Cart" to wipe everything out of your shopping cart). Then you can either click on "continue shopping" if you want to look at other albums, or you can click "check out" to complete your order.

Do I have to pay sales tax?

If your "billing address" is in the state of Maine, then yes, you have to pay 5% sales tax. Our program does not automatically know if you are from a taxable address, so we ask you to key in the 5 in the sales block so that you will know what your total will be. Even if you leave this blank ... if your ship to address is in Maine, you will be charged 5% sales tax. If you are from anywhere else, there's no tax.

    Real Audio Sound Files

If you already have the Real Media player and are having difficulties playing the sound file, you may not have the latest (G2) player. Make sure that you download the latest player from Real Media (This sound file will not play on the older players).

Click on the link below to download the realplayer from www.real.com to play the real audio files. Note: If you wish, they offer an enhanced version of the player for a fee, but the free version will play these files just fine. Below are instructions on how to download the free Realplayer:

    1. Click on the blue button [it says "Free Real Player"]
    2. When the page comes up look at the top right of the page for Real Player G2, NOT Real Player PLUS G2 (Plus is the pay version). Click on the blue text that says "RealPlayer G2" (Right after, it says "free, plays all Real content.")
    3. The next screen asks you to fill out a form with 8 fill in the blank questions describing yourself and your computer. Note, if you don't want the REAL people sending you emails, make sure you uncheck #5. After you have filled out those questions, click the big grey button that says "Download FREE RealPlayer"
    4. On the next screen, you will see a list of features under three columns. All you need is in the last column on the right. Make sure that you have a check under that column ... then click the big grey button that says "Download FREE RealPlayer"
    5. That will take you to another screen with a list of places you can download from. It doesn't really matter where, but I have always downloaded it from one of the Seattle, WA locations. Just click on the name.
    6. This is going to bring up a dialog box asking you if you want to Run the program from it's current location, or Save it to disk. You want to click Save it to disk, then click OK.
    7. It will then ask where you want to save it. You can place it anywhere as long as you know where you are putting it. You might try the desktop, because it'll be very easy to find the file later.
    8. The name of the file you are downloading is "r32_g20_3sm.exe ". When the download is complete, you need to find that file, and double click on it to launch the installation.
If you have any difficulties downloading or installing the player, please feel free to contact us for help: graphics@klarity.com

The Sound played fine once, but I went back and it disappeared. Why?

This is a fluke that appears to be a problem with some older internet browsers. We have tested the site with Internet explorer version 5.0 and don't seem to get the problem. If you have a browser older than IE 5.0, you may wish to consider getting a newer browser from Microsoft at www.microsoft.com. To solve the problem on older browsers: click on the reload (or refresh) button on your browser. This will kick you back to the category menu. Then click back into the artist page and the sound file should now be displayed.
